What people say about working with me
Before I met João, I felt directionless. My life and my business were in chaos; ironically, I was helping others get organised. I had already worked with other coaches without real results. With João, everything changed in the very first week.
I've just finished 12 weeks and renewed for another 24. I feel seen, recognised and supported like never before.

With João's programme, I started leaving the house again. Before, even going to the park felt impossible. Understanding my mechanics through Human Design set me free. The weight I carried disappeared; I realised there was nothing wrong with me.
I organised my thoughts, gained clarity and found a freedom I didn't know existed.

In just 12 weeks of coaching with João, I felt huge progress, even at a time when my energy wasn't at its best. With empathy and clarity, João gave me tools I could apply day to day. I got my habits back, reached goals and rediscovered what I'm capable of.
It was so enriching that I decided to continue.
