Without them, Projectors would have no one to guide, and Manifestors would have no one to respond to their power of initiation. Everything we see around us bears the mark of one or more Generators.
Generators are characterized by their seemingly infinite energy and their natural glow when they are doing something that truly motivates them. With their enveloping aura, Generators are the mothers of the world who, after an intense day of work, still go, with a smile on their lips, to read a bedtime story to their children. They move with the energy of the Sacral, a motor as magical as it is primitive. What an aligned Generator desires is always what is right, because it is always what is right for them.
For a Generator, life is an endless dance made of energetic exchange: the Universe gives, Generators receive by giving even more back, and the Universe returns the favour. It is in this waltz of light that Generators are meant to move. They are the genuine bon vivants, whose life function is to enjoy life to the fullest.
However, there are too many Generators going against their Sacral and doing what others want or what society expects of them, stretching themselves beyond their true capacity. Very quickly, their light begins to fade and their sparkling magnetism dims.

1. Respect and Honour Your Generator’s No
When faced with a request, a Generator who responds through the Sacral, often even through murmurs, is responding in the most genuine way possible. Generators are not meant to respond with the mind, weigh up pros and cons, or do things to please others or because it looks good. If your Generator answers you with a “No”, respect it and do not push.
Understand that if their response is not a “Yes”, then it is a “No”. A “Kind of”, a “More or less”, or a “Maybe…” are all “No”. Give them space to refuse without guilt and without expectations. The outside world already does that enough to your Generator. If you respect all their No’s, you can be sure that their Yes’s are definite, come from the right place, and will create much more flow for both of you.
2. Light Your Generator’s Flame
All Generators have things they love doing that make hours feel like seconds. When a Generator is enchanted by something, everything flows for them and everything flows around them. It is this energy that Generators create that then brings them more and more opportunities to use their energy.
If your Generator has an activity that makes them feel as though they are flying, try to give them plenty of opportunities to light that flame. This can be by creating those opportunities yourself or by giving them the space, and time, to pursue what lights them up inside.
3. Use Simple Questions with Your Generator
The Sacral responds to “Yes or No?” or “This or That?” questions. When questions are open ended, the Sacral has no way to respond because it functions instinctively. If you do not present options to your Generator, they will leave the Sacral and try to respond with the mind, and that is not at all the genuine way a Generator is designed to operate.
Generators love responding to immediate and binary questions such as, “Do you want to go to the cinema or to the beach?” or “Do you want to order sushi or pizza?” Questions like, “Where would you like to go this weekend?” will not make life easier for your Generator. On the contrary, they will frustrate them, because they do not have the power to initiate and the Sacral does not respond to long term questions.
4. Channel Your Generator’s Energy into the Right Places
Although people often say that a Generator’s energy is infinite, this is only true when they are doing what truly lights them up. Because of the immense energy they seem to have even when they are not doing something satisfying, the other Energy Types tend to ignore whether a Generator is overloaded and, as we know so well, when a Generator is overloaded, they shut down and everyone is left in the dark. Observe your Generator and see in which areas of life you can help lighten their load so that they can devote their energy to what genuinely brings them satisfaction.
If your Generator begins to show signs of tiredness, it is very possible that they have already become disconnected enough from their Sacral that they can no longer hear the signals from their body asking them to say no. If that is the case, your Generator will probably not respond well to direct suggestions that they should rest, because they may feel attacked and weakened. Remember, the Sacral was made to stay switched on, but only for the right energy. Offer your Generator subtle forms of relaxation, such as a dinner, a massage, or a calm walk, or give them the space and time to use on what they truly enjoy.
5. Give Your Generator Something to Respond To
Generators need to give a response, but they cannot do that unless there is something to respond to. Your Generator does not have initiating energy, so it needs to be you who initiates or brings the opportunity into the field. Go one step further and protect your Generator from trying to initiate by giving them plenty of chances to have something to respond to. Do not worry if your suggestions seem silly. Generators are guided by the Sacral and will know exactly which suggestion is right for both of you.
Ask your Generator whether they want to go on holiday. If the answer is yes, you make the booking, and then watch your Generator take care of all the necessary documents, pack the bags, and even choose the places you are going to visit.
